•    There is ample parking with sun shades.

General Rental Terms:
•    A six month to one year contract is preferred but short term rental is
available in the meantime. The unit is new.
•    We prefer mature couples who will treat our future home with respect.
•    We prefer that tenants or visitors do not smoke inside the unit.
•    Pets are not allowed.

Rental Rate Long Term:
•    For a six month to one year full term lease we are asking 50,000 baht per
month. This includes the monthly maintenance fee and agent commission.
•    Electricity and water are provided at cost to the tenant.
•    A telephone is provided and calls may be made through a switchboard for a
modest fee per outside call. The tenant can arrange to have a direct telephone
connection if they wish. There are telephone outlets in every room. ADSL can
be arranged and paid for by the tenant.
•    Wireless internet is available and cards can be purchased at the Juristic
Office on the first floor. A 21 mbps AIS "Air Card" for a USB port can be
purchased at the I-Mobile shop on the 3rd Floor of Tescoe Lotus for 2,800 baht
including one month unlimited use anywhere in the country. Purchase of
additional hours is very reasonable.
•    There is a Satellite TV box in the unit and smart cards can be purchased at
the True Vision outlet on Soi 56. A DVD player and a number of DVD movies are
in the unit.

Weekly Short Term Rental Rate for peak season:
  • Minimum rental period is one week.
  • Rate is 35,000 baht for one week plus utilities at cost.  

Two Week Rental Rate for peak season:
  • Rate is 50,000 baht for two weeks plus utilities at cost.

Three Week rental rate for peak season:
  • Rate is 60,000 baht for three weeks plus utilities at cost,

Monthly Rental Rate High Season for maximum 4 people. Sorry no young
children under 7:
  • Rate is 65,000 baht for one month
  • Rate is 60,000 baht per month for 2 or 3 months  
  • Rate is 55,000 baht per month for 4 or 5 months
  • Electricity and water will be charged at cost.

Maid and laundry service is provided at cost direct to the tenant.
Rent reduction may be considered for direct rental or to just one couple
for one bedroom occupancy.

the 3rd floor beside the open park area which has a jacussi.
Master bedroom has custom made teak closets and bed with storage drawers
under the bed. Bathrooms are custom designed with teak cabinets, beautifully
tiled with glass shower stalls and a central hot water tank to supply sinks as
well as both showers.
The second bedroom has teak cabinets along one wall for ample storage.
The custom bed is solid teak.
The clubhouse includes a complete gym with approximately 20 top quality
exercise machines. It is air conditioned and free. There are also two tennis
courts that are free during daylight hours. There is a modest lighting charge at

Below left is the swimming pool lagoon area at the sea. There is a large infinity
pool slightly elevated just beyond and the beach is beyond that. Below right is
